Greenside exceeded our expectations from the beginning planning stages of building our house, all the way through delivering a high-end quality project and what ultimately became our dream house.  John Fullard and Micheal Conneely made our dream a reality by guiding us through every step of the process and looking out for our best interests along the way.   It became clear to us that they command the respect of the top sub-contractors in the market place as they delivered our home ahead of schedule and within our budget.  They are honest, highly competent and extremely talented in developing and building high-end custom and semi-custom homes.  Their craftsmanship is exceptional.  My husband and I both have high standards and attention to detail when it comes to design and construction quality.  We were amazed when John or Micheal would see something that wasn’t quite finished to their standards and would immediately take care of it –even if it was minor- and even before we noticed it. My wife and I hired John and Mike to remodel a townhouse we bought in LaGrange.  The project included a comprehensive kitchen remodel and new master bath, as well as refinishing the floors, painting the entire interior, and new electrical fixtures.  As far as remodels go this was not a complicated project, and I’m sure it was a small job compared to some of the other work they do, but it was handled very professionally from start to finish; and, it was delivered on time and on budget.  The quality of the workmanship was excellent which, in my opinion, requires both attentive and proactive supervision of the subcontractors by John and Mike, but also a high quality team of tradesman and craftsman with whom they work.  I would enthusiastically recommend them for any remodeling job, or new project!

Thank you again for everything in our kitchen endeavor. The kitchen turned out exactly as we expected from your plans and we could not be happier. It is so nice to have gone through this experience without a single bump in the road and with such a wonderful outcome. Everyone on your projects was a pleasure to work with and all of your suggestions and ideas were right on. It was truly a pleasure to have worked with you over this past summer and we look forward to a long winter in the kitchen.

If Mike & John can survive us…they have to be the best!  We LOVE our new home! They delivered on every promise.  We have always loved the homes that we have owned, but this one has been a delight from day one!
As our children would say…AWESOME!  As we say…thank you Mike & John.  This really is our dream home! Detail is our middle name…but, it’s Greenside’s first name!  The end result is that we own a home that is more beautiful that we could every have imagined! We love to get away to our second home, but now we have this incredible first home we don’t want to leave.  What a great predicament! We cannot thank Mike enough for the incredible job that they did in guiding us through the building of our home.  The end result far surpassed any expectation that we had.  We are still pinching ourselves!
