Greenside Design Build is born.....

As cousins John & Micheal have always been close. As business partners they work as a cohesive unit and give their clients the benefit of " 2 builders for the price of one". In 2008, John & Micheal merged JDF Construction & Micon Construction and formed Greenside Design Build. They took advantage of the burgeoning renovation market that resulted from the Great Recession and this soon blossomed into new construction projects fed by word of mouth referrals from past clients. John & Micheal have built well over 500 homes, townhomes, condos, and commercial projects. Today Greenside enjoys an even balance of New Construction projects such as Build-to Suit custom homes and substantial renovation projects through out the western suburbs and City of Chicago
